Return and Exchange policy

All undergarment and custom design sales are final. All other products are eligible for return exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned shipping must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to customers based on carrier tracking. Returned items must be in like new and unused condition with exceptions made for manufacture defects and shipping damages. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Upon return reception and approval, customers will be issued store credit for the total value plus tax of returned items. Credit will be valid for 90 days before expiration. Credit can be applied to any products available via our store front.
